Radiance Films will release four titles in February 2026: The Japanese Godfather Trilogy, Iphigenia, Libido, and The Stunt Man.

All four titles are scheduled to release on February 23, 2026.

The Japanese Godfather Trilogy Blu-ray Boxset

The Japanese Godfather Trilogy

Sadao Nakajima’s Japanese Godfather Trilogy will debut on Blu-ray in a three-disc Limited Edition box set. Starring Koji Tsuruta, Bunta Sugawara, and Sonny Chiba, the 1977 and 1978 series follows yakuza families through Japan’s postwar underworld.

Each film features a new high-definition transfer, uncompressed mono PCM audio, and newly translated English subtitles. The set includes archival and new interviews, trailers, and a 3,000-unit print run housed in a rigid slipcase with reversible sleeves and a booklet featuring new essays by Akihiko Ito and Tom Mes.

Iphigenia Blu-ray

Iphigenia

Michael Cacoyannis’ Iphigenia, which was nominated for both the Palme d’Or and the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, will be released on UK Blu-ray for the first time. Starring Irene Papas, the film completes Cacoyannis’ trilogy of Greek tragedies.

The Blu-ray features a new high-definition transfer, uncompressed mono audio, and newly translated subtitles. Extras include a new interview with Greek film expert Dimitris Papanikolaou, archival interviews with Cacoyannis and Papas, and a 3,000-copy Limited Edition package with artwork by Time Tomorrow and a new essay by Vrasidas Karalis.

Libido Blu-ray

Libido

Ernesto Gastaldi’s Libido (1965) will be presented in a new 2K restoration supervised by Severin Films. The psychological thriller stars Giancarlo Giannini and Mara Maryl.

The Blu-ray includes both Italian and English audio tracks, a new commentary by critic Samm Deighan, interviews with Gastaldi and Italian film scholar Richard Dyer, and a reversible sleeve with original and newly commissioned artwork. A booklet includes essays and production notes. The release is limited to 3,000 copies.

The Stunt Man 4K Blu-ray

The Stunt Man (Transmission)

Radiance’s Transmission sublabel will release The Stunt Man, directed by Richard Rush and starring Peter O’Toole, Steve Railsback, and Barbara Hershey. The release features a new 4K restoration with Dolby Vision HDR and includes both 4K UHD and Blu-ray discs.

Extras include the 131-minute documentary The Sinister Saga of Making The Stunt Man, two commentaries (including a new one by critics Christina Newland and Monica Castillo), archival interviews, deleted scenes, and a New Beverly Q&A with Rush and the cast. The 5,000-copy edition also includes a 40-page book, poster, postcards, and a rigid slipcase.
