LaMartina, who created the WNUF Halloween Special, shot Spirit Tasting in 4 days of principal photography on a total budget of $40K. He made it to mark his 40th birthday. Tales of Roger Corman shooting features such as Little Shop of Horrors and The Terror in less than a week inspired the schedule.
