Severin Films Announces Gutter Auteur: The Lost Legacy of Andy Milligan Blu-ray Box Set

Severin Films has unveiled a new multi-disc Blu-ray collection dedicated to the work of filmmaker Andy Milligan. Titled Gutter Auteur: The Lost Legacy of Andy Milligan, the 3-disc Blu-ray box set is scheduled for release this April.
The set brings together five projects spanning Milligan’s career including the feature-length documentary The Degenerate: The Life and Films of Andy Milligan (2025). The documentary is joined by two features long believed to be lost, The Degenerates (1967) and Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me! (1968), as well as the early project Compass Rose and the later feature House of Seven Belles (1979).
According to Severin Films, The Degenerates was recently discovered in a Brussels vault, while Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me! was located in an Amsterdam archive. Both films have been restored from their only surviving film elements. Additionally, the collection includes more than five hours of supplemental material.
