Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing Cobra Kai: The Complete Series on Blu-ray in March. The release compiles all six seasons of the television series into a fifteen-disc box set. It is currently available to pre-order from Amazon (commissions earned).
Series Overview
Cobra Kai: The Complete Series collects all 65 episodes of the martial arts comedy drama series that premiered in 2018 and concluded in 2025. The series was created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg and is distributed by Sony Pictures Television.
The series functions as a direct sequel to the first three The Karate Kid films. Ralph Macchio and William Zabka reprise their roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, with the narrative re-examining the events of the original films through Johnny’s perspective while introducing a new generation of students and rivalries.
Originally debuting on YouTube Red for its first two seasons, Cobra Kai later transitioned to Netflix, where it continued through six seasons. The series received multiple awards and nominations, including a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series for its third season.
