Imprint Films Releasing Ang Lee's 'Father Knows Best' Trilogy on Blu-ray – Limited Edition 3-Disc Set
Imprint Films will release Father Knows Best - A Trilogy: Directed by Ang Lee (1991-1994) on Blu-ray this September under their Imprint Asia line.
Father Knows Best - A Trilogy includes the following three films:
- Pushing Hands (1991)
- The Wedding Banquet (1993)
- Eat Drink Man Woman (1994)
All three films will be presented in 1080p and will come in a limited edition 3-disc hardbox which includes an insert booklet containing a NEW essay by film critic / author Walter Chaw.
The Father Knows Best Blu-ray set will be strictly limited to 1,500 copies. It is currently available for pre-order.
Pushing Hands (1991)
A recently widowed tai-chi master moves from Beijing to New York to live with his son and his family, but his American daughter-in-law is not pleased with the arrangement – particularly when he finds fault with how she manages the home.
