Radiance Films has announced its March 2026 releases. The lineup is headlined by the Underworld Chronicles: Three Yakuza Fables by Takashi Miike box set, alongside new restorations of Cutter's Way, The Dancing Hawk, and the UK Blu-ray premiere of Larry Cohen’s Special Effects.

Underworld Chronicles: Three Yakuza Fables by Takashi Miike
This three-film collection brings together Fudoh: The New Generation, Agitator, and Deadly Outlaw: Rekka, showcasing a key era in Takashi Miike’s rise as a global cult filmmaker.
Film Overviews
Fudoh: The New Generation follows high schooler Riki Fudoh, who leads a secret troupe of teen assassins while plotting revenge against his father, a powerful yakuza.
Agitator begins with a yakuza killing that escalates into a sprawling gangland conflict.
Deadly Outlaw: Rekka centers on Kunisada, who launches a violent revenge mission after the death of his mentor Sanada, set to a psychedelic rock soundtrack by Flower Travellin’ Band.

Cutter’s Way
Ivan Passer’s neo-noir follows gigolo Richard Bone, who witnesses a body being dumped and becomes a suspect. His friend Cutter, a paranoid Vietnam veteran, insists the crime ties back to wealthy oil tycoon J. J. Cord, spiraling them into conspiracy and moral ambiguity.

Special Effects
Larry Cohen’s thriller follows Andrea, an aspiring actress murdered by a director who films the encounter. Her estranged husband becomes entangled in the director’s next project, starring a woman who looks eerily like Andrea.

Release Date & Availability
All four Radiance Films March releases — Underworld Chronicles, Cutter’s Way, The Dancing Hawk, and Special Effects — will be available March 23, 2026. They are available to pre-order from radiancefilms.co.uk.
Radiance’s March slate will follow several busy months for the label, including December’s releases of Splendid Outing, Le notti bianche, and Une femme douce, as well as January’s lineup featuring Illustrious Corpses, Blood of Revenge, and The Wild Child. The momentum continues with February releases of The Japanese Godfather Trilogy, Iphigenia, Libido, and The Stunt Man, rounding out a strong run leading into March 2026.
