Umbrella is releasing The Infernal Affairs Trilogy in a definitive 4K Dolby Vision edition. Directed by Andrew Lau and Alan Mak and starring Andy Lau, Tony Leung, and Anthony Wong, the trilogy is a landmark of Hong Kong crime cinema. It inspired Martin Scorsese’s Academy Award-winning remake The Departed (2008).

The set features artwork by Colin Murdoch and a 48-page book with essays by Andrew Heskins and Jonathan Clements, plus new writing from Grady Hendrix. Supplements include three new commentaries by Pierce Conran and James Marsh, two video essays from Matthew Carter and James Balmont, and fresh interviews with both directors.

Umbrella continues its celebration of New Zealand genre cinema with Kiwi Kult Vol II: Darkness Inside. The box set includes The Scarecrow (1982), Jack Be Nimble (1993), and Crooked Earth (2001), films that probe psychic terrors, rural feuds, and small-town menace.

The release showcases new artwork by Ash Weaver-Williams and a 48-page book of essays. Extras include commentaries, director interviews, and conversations with cast and crew, highlighted by Temuera Morrison and Academy Award winners Grant Major and Ngila Dickson.

This edition offers new artwork by Johny Bekavac and a 48-page book with essays by Justin Beahm and Nat Brehmer. Extras include a commentary with historian Nat Brehmer, interviews with Jocelyn Jones and Jerry Van Ness, and a featurette by Jarret Gahan examining lost footage.
