The Man Inside (1958) Limited Edition Blu-ray Announced by Indicator

John Gilling’s 1958 crime thriller The Man Inside comes to Blu-ray as part of Indicator's February 2026 releases. The release will be limited to 3,000 copies in the UK.
A diamond heist across Europe
Jack Palance, Anita Ekberg, Nigel Patrick, and Anthony Newley headline this international chase thriller about a jeweller who steals a cache of diamonds and becomes the target of a relentless manhunt. As Detective March and a mysterious woman close in, the story races through a series of European cities toward a dangerous showdown.
Produced by Albert “Cubby” Broccoli and co-written by Richard Maibaum, the team that would later shape the James Bond franchise, the film also features Sid James and Donald Pleasence in memorable supporting roles.
New restoration and collector features
The Blu-ray features a High Definition remaster with original mono audio, plus a new commentary by critics Barry Forshaw and Kim Newman. Also included is a segment with film historian Vic Pratt on the history of Warwick Films, along with a collector booklet featuring new writing by Steve Chibnall and archival articles.
This Region B release includes English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing, a theatrical trailer, image gallery, and restored promotional materials.
Release date
The Man Inside arrives on February 16, 2026, alongside Idle on Parade, Jazz Boat, and You Must Be Joking! as part of Indicator’s February lineup. It is currently available to pre-order from powerhousefilms.co.uk.
