No Escape (1994) Coming to 4K & Blu-ray from Umbrella Entertainment
Umbrella Entertainment is releasing No Escape aka Escape from Absolom (1994) on 4K and Blu-ray this. The release is available in two editions, a Collector’s Edition featuring limited-edition packaging and exclusive extras, and a Slipcase Edition that includes the same discs and extras minus the Collector’s Edition exclusive items.
Film Overview
No Escape (1994) follows Marine Captain John Robbins, a prisoner sent to a remote jungle island where inmates are left to die. The island is divided between warring factions, and Robbins focuses solely on escaping the brutal environment. The film is directed by Martin Campbell and stars Ray Liotta, Lance Henriksen, Ernie Hudson, Kevin Dillon, Michael Lerner, and Stuart Wilson.
Video and Audio Specs
The 4K disc features a 2160p UHD Dolby Vision presentation. The release includes 5.1 and 2.0 audio tracks. It is presented in a 16:9 aspect ratio with an image ratio of 2.39:1. The running time is 118 minutes. The disc is authored by Fidelity In Motion and includes English audio with English subtitles.

Editions and Packaging
The Collector’s Edition, available exclusively through the Umbrella webstore, includes a 48-page book of behind-the-scenes material and essays, a custom illustration rigid case by Ben Turner, an original poster artwork slipcase, eight art cards, and an A3 reversible poster. The release is a limited edition numbered set. However, the edition size was not revealed.
Umbrella is also releasing a Slipcase Edition. The Slipcase Edition includes the same 4K and Blu-ray discs and the same extras, except for the Collector’s Edition exclusive packaging items.
Release Date and Availability
The release date for the 4K and Blu-ray of No Escape is March 4, 2026. Both the Slipcase and Collector's Edition are currently available to pre-order through the Umbrella webstore.
