Mimic (1997) 4K UHD 3-Disc Special Edition Announced by Kino Lorber

Kino Lorber is releasing Mimic (1997) on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in January. The 3-disc special edition includes new 4K restorations of both the Theatrical Cut and the extended Director's Cut, with both versions approved by director Guillermo del Toro.
Mimic stars Mira Sorvino, Jeremy Northam, Charles S. Dutton, F. Murray Abraham, Giancarlo Esposito, and Josh Brolin in a thriller about scientists who discover their miracle cure has taken on a horrifying life of its own.
Release Overview
The 3-disc set contains two 4K UHD discs and one Blu-ray disc. Disc 1 presents the Director's Cut in 4K, while Disc 2 contains the Theatrical Cut in 4K. The Blu-ray disc includes HD masters of both cuts along with all bonus features.
Video and Audio Specs
Both 4K UHD discs feature brand new HDR/Dolby Vision masters approved by del Toro. Disc 1 presents the Director's Cut on a triple-layered UHD100 disc. Disc 2 presents the Theatrical Cut on a triple-layered UHD100 disc.
The Blu-ray disc contains brand new HD masters of both cuts on a dual-layered BD50 disc. Optional English subtitles are included on all three discs.
