Imprint Films Announces City on Fire (1987) 4K UHD and Blu-ray SteelBook

Imprint Films is releasing City on Fire (1987) on 4K UHD and Blu-ray this February. Ringo Lam's gritty Hong Kong crime thriller becomes the first Golden Princess title to join the label's Imprint Asia collection.
Release Overview
This Limited Edition Hardbox set is limited to 1,500 units and includes both a 4K UHD disc and a Blu-ray disc housed in an exclusive SteelBook. A 60 page booklet written by Camille Zaurin and Walter Chaw is also included.
Video and Audio Specs
The 4K UHD disc features a 2160p presentation with Dolby Vision and HDR10 while the Blu-ray disc presents the film in 1080p. The restoration was sourced from the original camera negative.
Audio options include Cantonese DTS HD Master Audio Dual Mono and English DTS HD Master Audio Dual Mono, and optional English subtitles from a new translation.

Release Date and Availability
City on Fire (1987) releases February 25, 2026. It is currently available to pre-order from Imprint Films.
This release marks the third release of City On Fire on 4K following Shout! Factory's already released edition and Arrow Video's City On Fire 4K coming December 1, 2025.
