Shout! Studios releasing The Big Heat (1988) on 4K UHD and Blu-ray this February

Shout! Studios is releasing The Big Heat (1988) on 4K UHD and Blu-ray in February as spine #27 in its Hong Kong Cinema Classics line. The release features a new 4K scan and newly produced special features.
Film Overview
The Big Heat (1988), produced by Tsui Hark, follows an honored police inspector, played by Waise Lee, who is forced to resign after discovering nerve damage in his gun hand. His retirement ends when his informant and friend is murdered. He resumes the investigation to pursue the killer. Joey Wong also stars in the film.
Video and Audio Specs
The release is sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative. The 4K UHD disc is presented in Dolby Vision and includes newly translated optional English subtitles. The Blu-ray disc uses the same restored scan and also includes the newly translated optional English subtitles.
